The Clothing Rush® website (Website) is owned and operated by ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd - ABN 24 130 099 259 (Herein referred to as ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd). Your use of, and access to, the Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use set out below and any other terms set out elsewhere on the Website. Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time.

Intellectual Property Rights in the Content on the Website

All information, graphics, and other material on the Website (Content) is owned or licensed by ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd or one of its affiliates and is protected by Australian and international laws relating to copyright and trade marks.
You must not use the Content in any manner or for any purpose that is unlawful or in any manner which violates any right of News. Booking Advertisements

Any person who wants to place an advertisement on any part of the website listed must contact Clothing Rush® representative in order for rates to be finalised and final bookings to be confirmed. For Clothing Rush® contact details, please see the sales contacts listed on the Contacts page. Final rates applicable for any booking will be reflected on the website. Advertising accepted by Clothing Rush® is subject to the ordinary terms and conditions in this document and the advertising rate page and is between Advertiser and ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd.

Rates and Specifications

All rates and specifications are subject to change at ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd’s sole discretion and without notice. ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd will make every effort to ensure the advertising rates and specifications are updated on the website.

All rates stated are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which must be paid by the advertiser. Rates are not inclusive of publishing costs associated with placement of advertising material. Publishing costs are also payable by the advertiser.

All planned editorial content, including features, sections and special reports to be published on the website is subject to change or cancellation without notice.

GST
Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services provided by ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd via Clothing Rush Website are GST inclusive. GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

Indemnity

Each person using or accessing any part of the Website indemnifies ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd, its affiliated companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees and agents against any action, claim, loss or expense arising their use of the Website.

Liability

ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd does not accept any liability for loss or damages (including for any indirect, special, economic or consequential loss or damage) incurred by any person as a result of reliance on the Content or any other information incorporated into the Website by reference. Liability of ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd for any breach of a term or condition implied by law is limited, at ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd and its affiliates option, to the supply of any service again or the payment for the cost of having any service supplied again.

Your Conduct

As a condition of your use of Clothing Rush® or any services on ALL Civil Media, you warrant to ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd that you will not use Clothing Rush® for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms & conditions or any other terms, conditions or notices appearing anywhere on Clothing Rush®. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

In particular, you agree not to:

use Clothing Rush® to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise offend others;
publish, distribute, e-mail, transmit or disseminate any material which is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, indecent, offensive or inappropriate;

upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available using Clothing Rush® any material that you do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual obligation or which contains viruses, or other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware;
breach any applicable laws or regulations.

ALL Civil Media has no obligation to monitor any user's use of Clothing Rush®, however ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd retains the right at all times to monitor, retain and disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

You will indemnify ALL Civil Media Pty Ltd from any loss or damage or incur any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions or any other legal obligation by you or your use of or conduct on Clothing Rush Website.

Applicable Law

These conditions and all other specific and additional terms which govern your use or membership of and access to Clothing Rush Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
